Join our Move-it Mondays
Validate your work
See you at Monday 27th in Malmö at 16:00 hours
ABOUT THE EVENT
We discussed how to use validation and tests in an Agile environment
The questions can be summarised in
”For whom are we doing the tests?”
There seems to be a confusion regarding this; should we adress the wishes of the customer or the end consumer?
The answers to this dilemma has to do with educating the customer, and finally:
”If the end consumer is happy, so, over time, will the customer be.”
About Move-it Mondays
Implementing Agile methods seems easy on the surface: how difficult can it be it to learn the basic structures? But changing the mindset – and all the related behaviours – is another thing. On the Move-it Mondays we will discuss the challenges that meet us when we get the Agile structures going. Many of these have to do with people interactions, such as how to get co-workers engaged in the process in a positive way.
Move-it Mondays allow interested, curious and driven people to exchange experiences and further develop their work methods within Agile. In The Agile Network we believe that we are at the beginning of a work-method revolution that is needed more than ever, due to the fast changes within digitalisation and global competition. And the best way to develop these skills is together, across organisations.

Validation and tests
In Agile we aim to continuously develop what we deliver to our end consumer. In this process we need to evaluate our work both for our own sake and for that of the consumers. Here various tests can be of use. Our hosts, Jambiz Group, suggest we address the following questions:
What is the purpose of tests and which information is expected? What is we want or lack?
How do we bring this into the agile environment?
We communicate our events and activities in English, this to make sure that our message gets across to all potential participants, national or international. The events will be in Swedish unless there are participants who only speak English, in which case we will hold presentations and have groups in English. Please indicate if you prefer English when you register for the event.
